How soon could we know if reincarnation exists or not?

In my case, my experience, one month. But only using 20 minutes every day, or rather, every night. Multiplying 20 minutes by 30 days, that's 600 minutes, divided by 60 minutes (every hour) equals 10 hours. In 10 hours I saw my first past life. In 10 hours I solved the riddle of whether or not reincarnation exists. In 10 hours my life changed. In 10 hours, counting from my first self regression to the moment I saw my first past life, I gave a total change to my way of seeing life, death and everything I thought I knew or believed to be true.

Obviously we are not all the same. Maybe you can do it in 20 days, or in 40 days. It all depends on you, on your level of sensitivity or understanding of yourself, on your ability to open yourself to those memories. Of course, seeing your first past life does not change the way you see life. It is the beginning, the first step. Then you must explore yourself little by little, try to see them all, and get to know in detail the experiences of each one. That process took me a year. Now, for all those who say they do not believe in reincarnation, which I respect very much because before I did the regressions, I did not even believe in God, nor in the existence of the soul, nor was I interested in the subject, nor did I know that I had a spiritual universe within me, for all those who ask for proof, I tell them that the proof of reincarnation is within each one of us. It is the test par excellence. Do you know what the test is? Actually it is two: when you begin to see your past lives, you will have a wonderful sensation. You will feel for the first time that you are able to see someone, you have felt inside you all your life, who is familiar to you, whom you love without having seen her, whose memories, name, surname, you will never forget again. Someone whose experiences you will remember, in every detail, from your first vision in regression, until the day of your death. In my case, 27 years have passed since my first regression, and I have not forgotten any detail, nothing, of my previous lives.

The second element of proof, and for me the most important, is that your inner peace, your serenity, will increase exponentially. Your anxiety, fears, anger will decrease to a minimum. Your inclination towards the spiritual world, towards God, towards the beautiful things in life will grow. The truly important ones. The ones that cannot be seen or touched. Your soul will take its first place in your existence. That is the greatest proof of the veracity of reincarnation: your inner transformation, forever, after seeing your past lives. I think it's the best 10 hours spent, not of this life, but of all my lives put together. It changed everything for the better. 

What would be the risk if you don't get to see your past lives? That during the self-regression, at night, you fall deeply asleep until the next day. That's all.  BT.
